Only services explicitly listed in the agreed scope are included. Any additional work requested outside the original scope may require a revised agreement or additional fees.
The client is responsible for:
Providing accurate system access and credentials
Ensuring data backups prior to changes (unless backup services are part of the scope)
Approving configurations and changes
Due to the nature of professional services:
All completed work is non-refundable
Partial refunds may be considered only if services have not yet been performed
Time spent, assessments, documentation, and consultations are non-refundable
Clients agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and documentation submission to the payment processor.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.
We may configure or integrate third-party services (cloud providers, email platforms, security software). We are not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, or policy updates.
We treat all client information as confidential and use it solely for service delivery purposes.
